I stayed in Zhetusy apartment nearly one week. Alla , the main administrator, was very helpful in every needs. She answered all my questions face to face and by phone. I never feel unattended. The bed linen is perfectly white, clean and fresh. There is not any disturbing noice onside and outside. Only the early morning rooster song😊. I really enjoyed to sleep here
