Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The glasses were not clean, and we found female hair on the towels, which was unhygienic. We also had an unexpected emergency with our car and needed to stay a few hours longer. We kindly explained the situation to the owner and asked for a late checkout, provided there were no new guests arriving. However, they showed no understanding or empathy and offered us only the option of paying the full price for an additional day’s booking. Emergencies can happen to anyone, and we were disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility and compassion in this situation. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place.
