It is a spacious, clean and modern accommodation. We especially appreciated the sitting area by the window and the washing machine, as it was our half-way stop. Detergent is not included but can be bought at the convenience store next door. It's not a washer-dryer combo. A drying rack can be borrowed at the front desk for free. - It was very quiet. We couldn't hear any neighbors or street noise. - There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Furthermore there are two large department stores within walking distance. That's also where the next subway access is (Centum City). - It's a very interesting view from high up over the surrounding area.

- There are 3 elevators and they are fairly slow, so sometimes you have to wait for a bit. Or maybe it's just too few elevators for 38 floors. - Despite the infrastructure (restaurants etc.) the area is not very lively at night. While technically it is not far to the beaches it is quite separated due to the highways and water and therefore not walkable. If you looking for a 'fun' neighborhood this might not be the best option. - The shower/toilet had a bit of a scent. Unfortunately many places here have that issue.

Our ocean view room had a jaw-dropping view of the sea and bridge, it was clean, newly renovated and though small in size, the layout was thoughtful with a lot of storage space neatly tucked away. The location was also perfect, a block from Centum City subway and Shinsegae Dept Store as well as numerous cafes/restaurants/convenience stores.

The check in counter/lobby was cramped and underwhelming, though the check in staff were polite and helpful.

It was not home away from home. No cooking utensil. Instruction not to use the stove. Besides the electric jug, I expected a microwave
