The shower wouldn’t stay hot and the walls are paper thin to the point we could hear people above us doing some extra curricular activities.

Nice lay out. Space, location.

Not enough kitchenette. Our TV didn’t have all the channels working. Unless you have other floor key you can not go to different floors.

Long term leak in cupboard, floors etc wet , had to get extra towels upon arrival and leak was fixed next day. However the smell remained throughout the stay due to seeping in cupboards and floor lifting . No servicing throughout a 5 day stay Zero cleaning products One tea towel no dish rack 2 seater couch for 2 bedrooms no where for others to sit and relax Said coffee maker however only international roast sachets were provided . Only one key / fob provided this makes it difficult to juggle coming and goings Not a smart TV could only watch normal TV when it was raining! Wifi was unpredictable Rooftop spa not working and has not been for some time , no-one was informed
