⸻ Dear Hotel Management, First of all, I would like to thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service. The hotel is beautiful, and all the staff members are very friendly and professional. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. However, I would like to share an important observation that I hope the hotel management will take into consideration. The entrance to the hotel does not appear to be sufficiently accessible for people with disabilities, people with special needs, or elderly guests. There are only stairs leading to the hotel entrance, and there is no ramp or suitable access for wheelchair users. This makes it difficult for guests using wheelchairs to enter the hotel. It is also inconvenient and difficult to carry large or heavy luggage up the stairs. I kindly suggest that the hotel consider providing an external ramp or a dedicated accessible entrance for people with disabilities, guests with special needs, elderly people, and also to make it easier to transport luggage and wheeled bags into the hotel. I am sharing this comment with great respect and appreciation, as the hotel is beautiful and the service and staff are excellent. I believe that providing easier and more accessible entrance facilities would make the stay even better and more comfortable for all guests. Thank you very much for your attention and consideration.

⸻ إلى إدارة الفندق الموقرة، أود في البداية أن أعرب عن شكري وامتناني لحسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة. فالفندق يتميز بجماله، كما أن جميع الموظفين يتسمون بالود والاحترافية العالية؛ وبشكل عام، نحن سعداء للغاية بإقامتنا. ومع ذلك، أود طرح ملاحظة هامة آمل أن تأخذها إدارة الفندق بعين الاعتبار؛ إذ يبدو أن مدخل الفندق لا يوفر سهولة كافية في الوصول للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة أو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أو كبار السن. فالمدخل لا يضم سوى سلالم، ولا يوجد منحدر أو مسار مخصص ومناسب لمستخدمي الكراسي المتحركة. وهذا الأمر يجعل دخول الفندق صعباً على الضيوف الذين يستخدمون الكراسي المتحركة، كما يسبب مشقة وصعوبة عند نقل الأمتعة الكبيرة أو الثقيلة عبر السلالم. لذا، أقترح التكرم بالنظر في إمكانية توفير منحدر خارجي أو مدخل مخصص يسهل الوصول إليه للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكبار السن، مما سيسهل أيضاً عملية نقل الأمتعة والحقائب ذات العجلات إلى داخل الفندق. أطرح هذه الملاحظة بكل احترام وتقدير، نظراً لروعة الفندق وتميز الخدمة وطاقم العمل؛ وأعتقد أن توفير مرافق دخول أكثر سهولة وملاءمة سيجعل تجربة الإقامة أفضل وأكثر راحة لجميع الضيوف. شكراً جزيلاً لكم على اهتمامكم وحسن تفهمكم.

Bella struttura. Stanza molto ampia. Ottima insonorizzazione. Buona colazione. Vicino alla fermata del tram, ma anche con uno spot per i taxi davanti la hall. Parcheggio custodito 24/7 a 50 metri. Voglio segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale della struttura. Consigliato.
