Breakfast included was great, curtains around your bed helped you to not be disturbed by others in your room, not too far to walk from the subway and close to where all the performers are at night

It was a bit far from the main street.

It’s very clean, except the main entrance and the staircase. The location is excellent but not easy to find, especially when arrived near midnight as the ladies’ room were located in another block but the direction is not very clear. It’s my fortune that other visitors on the street offered me Help and we still yet to go round for at least 5 to 10 minutes before we can find the building. It’s not easy if you are a girl with lots of luggage.

It may be a language problem. On the Booking.com it is said that visitors are required to leave contact to the property Owner AT Least three days if they arrive outside the normal check and I did so. But the owner refused to give me the PIN code and did not explain clearly that the pin code would be provided AUTOMATICALLY to me through my contact given. I kept asking for the pin code because someone experienced that the PIN code was not given in time and he or she was in a trouble. In such fear, I asked for the pin again to ensure I got the code before I arrive. but the reply was not very polite and I felt a bit offended. It is a language problem but at least the attitude and tone used could be improved towards a visitor. I really want to change to another accommodation but it’s not my fault so I kept it eventually. Remember, visitors are not beggar for a PIN code! Clear explanation will help fix the misunderstanding!

Nach unserem Trip nach Tokyo sind wir 5 Tage später wieder ins Bunk Guesthouse gekommen und hatten ein Dreibettzimmer im Haupthaus, das leider sehr düster und muffig war, kaum Tageslicht, das "eigene Badezimmer" lag außerhalb des Zimmers im Flur und wurde ständig auch von anderen Gästen benutzt.
