An unacceptable experience and a complete waste of money. We paid for a room, but the hotel could not find our reservation in its system. We were left without accommodation and ended up sleeping outside. Booking.com’s customer service failed to resolve the issue or provide the professional assistance we needed. Leaving customers without a place to stay and without effective support is completely unacceptable. This experience has destroyed our trust in Booking.com. Customers deserve a reliable booking system and representatives who take responsibility and help when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, we do not recommend Booking.com. We will be looking for a more reliable platform with professional customer support that we can actually depend on.

No Air conditioner and the place very dirty especially toilet,no towels no soap,no slippers
