Lots of noise in the corridors at night until about one with people checking in to get early holiday flights - so in wild, excited, drunken spirits, but there are worst things to hear.

Hotel actually had no space for us, so we couldn’t stay there, even though our booking.com reservation was confirmed.

Accomodation ‘did not receive our booking’ even though it was confirmed through booking.com. Once arrived we were told the hotel was full and we had to go elsewhere in the middle of the night.

The staff were genuinely helpful, courteous, and proactive in addressing every issue we encountered. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to assist were truly appreciated.

Several basic amenities in the room did not work as expected, requiring us to contact reception repeatedly. The TV was not working, and the hot water issue persisted despite three separate attempts to resolve it. The staff, however, deserves special appreciation. They were extremely helpful, patient, and courteous throughout our stay, and they made every effort to assist us with the issues we encountered. Their willingness to help and their patience made a positive difference to our overall experience. That said, asking guests to leave the tap running for over five minutes to get hot water is not an acceptable solution. It wastes a significant amount of water, particularly in a city like Delhi, where water scarcity is a serious concern. Overall, while the staff was excellent and genuinely helpful, the hotel needs to improve the maintenance and reliability of its basic room amenities. The staff deserves praise, but guests should not have to repeatedly seek assistance for such fundamental issues.

The staff was very friendly..and helpful .. lexmi . Jagriti, and kitchen staff gita , kawalpreet.. .. they did wonderful job.. I maybe don’t remember some names .. all were great .. staff at checkout was great .. gave me free drive to airport ..
