Poor soundproofing ruined the start – room change saved the stay We initially stayed in a street-facing room, where sleeping was impossible due to miserable soundproofing. The street noise, people shouting on their way back from bars, and a local busker singing until the early hours of the morning could be heard clearly inside. After two sleepless nights, we asked for a room change, which luckily was arranged. Otherwise, the hotel was very pleasant, the breakfast was versatile, and the meal we ate was delicious. Everything was finally fine in the new room, but the hotel should definitely invest in the windows of the street-facing rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The room was very cosy and spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options.

As the air conditioning is switched off between 1 September and 30 April, the room was a little too warm. When we opened the window at night, we could hear loud karaoke from the building opposite, along with other street noise. We would have preferred a quieter room, especially as the hotel didn’t seem to be fully booked. The bed also creaked whenever we turned over. :) If a guest has booked a spa treatment, it would be nice to have a bathrobe already in the room or to be informed during check-in about how to get one. That said, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Прекрасная локация. Самый самый центр. Комната удобная, все есть, кроме воды. Диспенсер с водой один на этаже, идти очень далеко. Для отеля 4 звезды совсем некомильфо. Зубной щётки и прочих гигиенических предметов нет. Завтрак нормальный, с небольшим набором блюд. Для 4 звезды могло быть получше. Спасибо неплохой. Но есть недочёты: джакузи не работает, питьевой фонтан тоже
