The room was unhygienic and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The presence of mold made it feel unsafe to stay.
Service8.4
The staff was amazing, super kind and always ready to help.
Location8.5
The location is great for downtown and is very close to a subway stop.
Room Quality4.9
The room had steel springs inside, very uncomfortable, and was hot in summer.
Amenities7.0
No access to facilities to boil kettle; however, breakfast was offered, but it was disappointing.
Value for Money6.9
The price is reasonable for what is offered, and it is worth a stay if on a tight budget.
Food and Beverage5.0
Breakfast is very disappointing and I would recommend skipping.
Overall Experience6.4
An experience that involves both positive staff interactions and significant room quality issues.
