It is the typical Asian urban hotel: small rooms, lots of movement and guests arriving at different hours. However, its great strength is the location. It is very well connected, close to various metro lines and stations and within walking distance of everything interesting in Shinjuku. At the same time, it is far enough from the most chaotic areas so that, when returning to the hotel, the atmosphere is much quieter. Room cleaning is done every three days, although if you request it, they can do it daily. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, a very good option if you are looking for a practical location to explore Tokyo and be close to the life of Shinjuku, but without sleeping in the middle of all the noise and chaos.

The rooms are quite small, although it was something I already knew before booking and, in general, is quite common in Tokyo. What I did find particularly small was the bathroom, especially the bathtub. It is quite uncomfortable due to its dimensions and, in practice, it is difficult to imagine it being actually used for a bath.
