We have had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the excellent hospitality from the staff is truly worth appreciating. A special mention goes to the guest service staff member, Ms Soumyasree, who is always welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, greeting us with a warm smile every time we visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist make us feel valued and ensure that every visit is a pleasant experience. The rest of the hotel team, including the support staff and security personnel, are equally courteous, friendly, and helpful. Their professionalism and genuine approach to guest service make a real difference. It is always a pleasure to visit a hotel where the staff consistently go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. A big thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality that is better than many 5 Star hotels that I’ve visited.. Keep up the excellent work! And I highly recommend the Hotel.
