Staff - Every single member of staff were polite, friendly and ready to help, 24 hours! Before we arrived, the hotel were able to arrange a car to pick us up from the airport and take us directly to them and the communication on this was excellent. The car was there waiting for us, even though our flight was delayed. Hotel - The pool was lovely and relaxing, we slept really well as the bed was very comfortable. Location - was very easy and quick to get a tuk tuk or 'grab' to Pub street or anywhere else. Good that it was slightly away from Siem Reap centre as it was quieter. The hotel were able to book tours and the circus for us directly and our driver round Angkor Wat was great. Breakfast - lovely to sit outside by the pool, very nice, thick pancakes! Fresh fruit and lots of tea :-) Loved the cocktails in the outside bar!

Nothing really, we loved staying here and only wished we could have left more of a tip when we left but we ran out of cash :-( Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay so good. There was some music in nearby bars each night but this always stopped at a reasonable hour and didn't stop us from sleeping. Our only other comment would be that we had to pull the fridge out of the cupboard ourselves in order to plug it in and the tv wasn't connected, but we didn't need it anyway so no big problem!

Location was good for us. Rooms were a good size and the internet was very good. Restraunt and bar on site served nice food and drinks. Staff were very friendly.

The shower pressure was very low. The bathroom was quite old and needed a freshen up. The mattress was uncomfortable.

I’m sorry, I might sound a bit entitled, but I was hungry at 2 am and I went downstairs where they normally put the instant noodle but it was kept in the storage and I asked and he doesn’t want to take it out.
