Great location and lovely outlook on city walls. Good buffet breakfast

Restaurant a little overpriced and dishes we’re trying a bit too hard to be fancy but not quite succeeding

The hotel has an incredible location in the heart of Krakow's Old Town, surrounded by medieval walls and just a short walk from the Main Square. Everything is within easy reach, including many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the central train station. It's a wonderful, lively area and a perfect base for exploring Krakow. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and exceptionally friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Our room faced one of the busy pedestrian streets leading to the Main Square, so there was occasionally some noise from tourists passing by, sometimes late at night or very early in the morning. It was a little annoying at times, but otherwise everything was great.

An exceptional hotel in every respect! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the quality of both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. The room exceeded my expectations, offering excellent comfort and a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Kraków, making it easy to explore the city entirely on foot. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
