The lady at the front counter was lovely, friendly and helpful with our tours and questions, The gardens were beautiful and the pool area very welcoming. Would definently recommend staying here.

Perfect for a budget friendly stay with family
Location was good. Easy and fast to travel to the city. The apartment had everything we needed. The environment around looks really cosy, inviting and green which I quite enjoyed.

Little black crawling bugs on the beds, as well as ants on the first nights there.
Floors and surfaces were sticky. Lack of items needed in kitchen ( cups, bin liners, serving bowls,)

Where shall I start: 1. Air con units did not work. 2. Floors were filthy. 3. Rubbish bin dirty. 4. Jug was filthy. 5. Had to wash plates, cups etc before use, everything was greasy and dirty. 6. Drawers and cupboards dirty. 7. Filter in dryer thick with fluff. 8. Could not close blinds, they were broken. We were offered another room, but we had already started cooking, etc, and would have had to lug our luggage up another 2 flights of stairs. We have stayed in hundreds of motels in the last 30 years and this by far is the most disappointing accommodation we have ever stayed in.

About when I walked in the doors were all unlocked anyone could of walked in I would rather it in a locked box
