location of the hotel. at the back of the train/metro station has many eateries and also nearby the hotel with many shopping centres. Self service launderette within walking distance 5 mins walk. breakfast was great except can be very crowded.

there were 3 of us. with the extra sofa bed. it was terribly hard. you can feel the metal.

The hotel is very well located, easy access to the city and Narita airport. The rooms with Skytree views are really fantastic. Breakfast is reach, offering English, Asian and Japanese type of breakfast. There is no specific contineal offerings like salami, cheeses etc. Hotel also provides free of charge scale for weighing the luggage. Everyday free bottles of water are given

The location is great because it is close to Kinshicho train station and also to the bus stops. There are many restaurants and shopping stores nearby. The free shuttle bus to Disney. The convenience of the airport limousine bus pick up and delivery service.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful. Most spoke English which was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Would definitely recommend staying here. The train station was a short 5 minute walk and had a 7 eleven and Lawson straight across the road.
