Quand je suis arrivée les serviettes étaient sales mais j’ai demandé à les changer et j’ai eu directement de nouvelles serviettes propres Sinon la chambre était vraiment pas lumineuse puisque la fenêtre donnait sur un mur

Très bel endroit! Calme. La chambre est petite, mais tout est bien pensé pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'espace. Merveilleusement situé.

Location is excellent, you are a little over 100 yards from the Metro subway orange line or several bus stops. Someone is at the desk 24 hours to help, and the front desk people were friendly. Room was very comfy and had a nice set up for snacking in the room with dishware, a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and an electric burner. And there was a sink there as well as the bathroom. The room also had a good safe for valuables...use it! However as I was by the rooftop terrace, I had to close the curtains for privacy, but still fine as there were no parties on the terrace, and I was there over a weekend. So it was great. The terrace is a nice place to relax and it was a quiet retreat after a day out exploring. I used it over the weekend for a beer and some sun, and only saw one other person using it also! (This might be due to me being there in Late October?) There are quite a few eateries within a short walking diatance and hopping a bus gets you to many more hopping streets within a few minutes. Their breakfasts were hearty, and they provided a good variety of goods breads with several toppings available, pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs, some type of cooked meat and deli ham and cheese slices, coffee and teas, yogurt, etc GREAT SET UP. This is an older building, but very nicely done....

When I registered, the hotel wanted a $200 deposit if I destroyed or should stain a towel! And after this they say "they are not responsible for anything you have gone missing while you stay there"???!!!!! After there strict rules for a "fine", this really sounded bad! When I entered the room I found several small blems....so I took pictures and showed them to the young man who had checked me in, that evening on my way out to dinner. I think he was shocked that I had done this and with what he saw...a torn lamp shade that had been taped together, some trim chipped off the edge of a counter, a chip in the bathroom sink, a few small chips in the table top, etc. All were small and of NO inconvenience to my using and enjoying the room, but since they sent you off with a note sounding very strict, I was not impressed. When was the last time you were warned about soiling a white towel that can be bleached??? Would I stay there AGAIN dispite this dire warning, yes....it was very comfy.
