Was cheap for what I needed for 1 night but you could constantly hear people banging about in other rooms all night. Luckily im a heavy sleeper the bench where the coffee&tea was was quite dirty and not wiped down. But the rest of the room appeared to clean

Just the noise from the other guests and the fact that there is no on-site parking. It'll cost you $50-$81 for a parking lot that they recommend but it is within walking distance and is also secure

Location is great, close to Bourke St Mall and the tram to the train station. I encountered the lady from the front desk in the elevator and she was friendly and engaging.

When I arrived to check in (understanding I was 30 mins early) I was advised that I would not be able to access my room due to work being done on compliance issues. When I asked when I could get into my room, the manager became rude and stated that check in isn't until 2pm and it wasn't 2pm. I explained that I understood that but you can't send me off and expect me to know when to return. The lady at the counter was more friendly and accommodating and offered to give me a call when the room was ready, which she did.

Petit dej très moyen.porte de chambre qui fonctionne mal.lumieres pres du Lit qui ne foctionnent pas et qui sont placées juste derrière la tête et prises situées au niveau du lit ce qui nous a fait pensé que c'était un lit de 140 qui devait se trouver là et non pas 2 lits jumeaux. Bref pour une fon de voyage cet hôtel suffisait.
