Sabah otelden çıkarken odanın temizlenmesini istedim ama temizlik personeli saat akşam 17:30’da geldi bizi o saate kadar dışarıdaki işlerimizi halledip yorgun bir şekilde odaya gelip dinlenmeye başlamıştık ve geldiklerinde bu saatten sonra temizlik istemediğimizi söyledik

Everything was very streamlined for me as soon as I checked in. The staff throughout our stay were exceptional in their hospitality and warmth. Any requests I had, they fulfilled with no hesitation. The reception staff was excellent at guiding us on places to visit during our stay. Breakfast every morning was an absolute treat and delight, we looked forward to it, and often were overwhelmed by the choices available. Housekeeping staff was always kind enough to fulfill our requests. If at any point the staff felt we were not 100 percent satisfied, they would do everything possible to make it right. Regardless, I have nothing to complain about, the hotel and facilities were great, but the staff was one of a kind and elevated my experience far beyond my expectations. Thank you to all the staff, there are so many that were so nice and helpful I don't think I would be able to do them justice if I missed someone.
