Hotel refused to give me invoice so I can't assign cost of my bsuiness trip.

Room was very clean, and beds very comfortable. I loved that we were right across the hall from an ice AND purified water dispenser. Also, as a self proclaimed water snob, it tasted amazing! My friend and I loved the room and appreciated the extra security of needing a keycard to operate the elevators and the front doors late at night. I'm sure we will stay here again!

A silly thing: the receptionist/staff did not tell us we would need our room key to operate the elevator from the second floor up. We were a little embarrassed, thinking the elevator we picked wasn't working, until an older couple stepped off another one and told us what to do. I love the security of this feature, but no one told us this and I promise we are smart people! Maybe there was a sign and we should have figured it out, but I don't remember.

Our room was right next to the elevator that went all night long sounding like a bowling alley. We used valet for our car and it took them 45 minutes to bring it to us the next morning which was stressful since we had a flight to catch. The front doors were blocked off making it impossible to enter without assistance. The staircase was completely blocked so we didn’t even get to use that beautiful piece of art. Half of the elevators were out of order. The only microwave was in the foyer, which was very subpar. There were no directions as to where we could park, which is why we ended up choosing valet which cost us $60 for the night and we didn’t even get our car when we wanted it.
