Personnel douteux, salle de bain bizarre on aurait dis que la douche avait été arranger spécialement pour gêner le confort du client. La vue n'était pas terrible et l'hôtel était volontairement bruyant.

Mon passeport n’avais pas une page complète pour le visa du Laos. La douane m’a refusé l’entrée du pays. Devant un cas de force majeur j’ai demandé un remboursement à l’hôtel. Ce qui m’a été refusé !!!

My humble opinion I blame EXPEDIA for false advertisement the rooms weren't as depicted on the photos

Pictures are misleading. Hallway carpets are old and smelly. Beds are the most uncomfortable beds. You’re literally sleeping on springs. Lobby smells upon entering. Which I hated everytime I had to walk thru it. What upset me the most is the misleading wheelchair accessible advertisement. We had to carry our father over the steps 2 different locations before we can enter the elevator that has no sensor when a person was entering or not. It would close on us a few times and was very painful. Asking for new sheets or toilet paper was a pain. The front desks workers are very sweet but hearing the owner/manager yelling and screaming at them was a turnoff. Wi-fi was a total joke. We will never return. It’s an inconvenient location too on a busy road.
