We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! Also special thanks to MR. Altin Guest Manager , he was great help for us very friendly 🙏🙏🙏

Unfortunately, the restaurant dining experience was disappointing, with better options available outside the hotel. The spa was extremely overpriced; after trying it once, we switched to another hotel’s spa for half the price and better quality. The concierge service was another major disappointment. Our elderly parents waited 30 minutes at the airport despite a confirmed meet-and-greet, and the transfer cars smelled bad. We agreed to a guided tour for €300 but paid over €360. The extra charge was first explained as a government fee, then as a bank fee. We felt misled by these contradictory explanations.
