We had a lovely stay here at Kittawan, the owner was very helpful, easy to communicate with, kind and attentive. He cooked us breakfast twice for free before day trips, helped organise one of our day trips and laundry. The room was spacious, quiet and had everything you needed for an easy stay. The location is perfect - just outside the town, but £2 in a grab to get into town within 10 mins. It's a great base to explore Chiang Mai if you want good sleep, location and nice surroundings.

It is a little far from center, still some restaurants nearby, but not a walking area, need grab for all movements.

What makes this little boutique hotel so amazing is the couple who own and operate the homestay. Friendly, excellent service, good breakfast and very clean. Nun, the owner, even planned and booked two of our excursions…the elephant sanctuary and a day of trekking Doi Inthranon National Park. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he arranged everything and made sure we had the proper splits for each adventure too. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

My only feedback would be to put memory foam on the mattress.

Lage ist etwas außerhalb von der Stadt, hatte ich aber so eingeplant, mit Grab und Taxi lösbar

Clean, comfortable accommodation with lovely outdoor features. Non is the most helpful and accommodating host we have ever met. He goes above and beyond for guests. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
