كانت إقامتي في فندق بريرا تجربة استثنائية ومن أمتع التجارب الفندقية التي مررت بها أقمت في فنادق كثيرة في الرياض وجدة والدمام والمدينة والطائف وأبها لكن مستوى الاهتمام بالتفاصيل في بريرا كان لافتًا وأدهشني منذ الحجز عبر Booking وحتى وصولي كانت الأستاذة ريما العسيري تتابع معي باستمرار وتسأل عن احتياجاتي وتحرص على تلبيتها كما كان التعامل راقيًا والغرف نظيفة والأجواء هادئة ومريحة مع اهتمام واضح بأدق التفاصيل شكرًا للأستاذة ريما ولجميع القائمين على الفندق هذا المستوى الرائع من العناية والاهتمام يستحق الفندق خمس نجوم وبإذن الله لن تكون هذه زيارتي الأخيرة وسأكرر الإقامة فيه بكل سرور
