The property was close to two subway stations and within walking distance to the main center of Myeongdong. It had a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel. Breakfast started at 7:30am which was a great asset.

Hotel staff was limited in their capability. Multiple times they asked us if we needed help and then couldn’t provide the help we needed, such as helping us downstairs with our luggage or advising where the nearest shipping center was. They also do not allow you to use their vacuum for travel vacuum seal bags. We weren’t aware why we couldn’t borrow on for 20 minutes but there are rules. The rooms only came with two body towels. I would have appreciated more.

Proper room with a nice view over Seoul. The staff was friendly. The location is rather central and gives access to the main tourist attractions.

The breakfast... First, for such a hotel, not enough space (you can be asked to wait outside, when you are tight on schedule, that's really annoying). Then, the bread and croissants were not fresh (at least one day old or even two)! That's a disgrace for the high price asked. Overall, not a lot of choice for my tastes (common, only strawberry jam proposed...) The room control device (lights and AC). Even though it's easy to use, the screen emits blue lights constantly and can never completely be switched off (it goes darker after a while however). There's not even a cover to place on the top of it. The staff gave us post it to place on the screen, which was nice of them, but very ineffective. Be ready to sleep next to a source of light.
