We are Germans, Unfortunately, we missed our flight. That’s why we wanted to postpone our hotel stay by one day, but unfortunately the hotel did not respond to any messages or emails, even though we contacted them several times, and they weren’t willing to move our stay by one day. The hotel was not fully booked. The rooms have very poor soundproofing. We didn’t feel welcome, and we definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

When I arrived in the hotel, the hotel charged me for the booking fee once again because they thought I didn’t pay online. Then they found that this is a mistake, telling me they will refund this money. After I left, they charged another amount of money for no reason.
