Checking in wasnt straight forward. I had messaged ahead to request an early check in. I didnt receive a reply and the receptionist said they werent around when the email arrived. I was unable to use the bar or restaurant on site and rooftop terrace was locked

Front desk personnel was helpful and gave great recommendations. We liked the top viewing deck. After being outside the property we liked how the hotel access was locked 24/7.

Outside of the property, could be alarming especially after dark. Out of your control, completely understand. Didn’t like the art work in our room, it was creepy looking over the bed. However, we loved the fun painting in Ben’s Paris and the hallway wallpaper.
