Friendly staff! We needed to stay a few extra hours after check out and they had issue with helping us extend our stay for a fare rate ! Clean room that are heavily stocked which is good because stayed 3 days and didn’t need to call for anything extra. The tv didn’t have sound when we first got there and they sent maintenance up witching 5 minutes to fix it . EXCELLENT customer service

The front desk employee's weren't very welcoming. I also heard them deny a pilot early access to his room and made a tired pilot sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before he could check in.1

Their was an oldish lady working at the restaurant side that was not friendly and seemed like she had a problem with me coming for a quick breakfast at 10:45. There were people showing up at 11:00 for breakfast whom she also let in.
