Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness6.5
Mixed reports: some guests noted very clean areas, but multiple reviews mention dusty nooks, towels hidden behind appliances, sewer-like smells and poorly maintained bathrooms.
- Service8.0
Generally praised staff (housekeeping, luggage service/Reggie) as friendly and helpful, but there are consistent complaints about slow or problematic check-in, long queues and unexpected charges.
- Location9.0
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: excellent Strip location, walking distance to many attractions and the unique flamingo habitat/view.
- Room Quality6.5
Mixed condition: some renovated 'Habitat' tower rooms praised, but many reports of outdated rooms, small bathrooms, odors, poor maintenance and odd fixtures (e.g., sliding glass bathroom doors).
- Amenities7.5
Good amenities noted (pools, flamingo pond, casino), but issues include limited pool hours, occasional extra usage fees and aging facilities (elevators, wear and tear).
- Value for Money8.5
Frequently mentioned as excellent value and great price for the location; guests felt they got good bang for their buck despite some shortcomings.
- Food and Beverage7.0
Limited mentions overall; a specific coffee spot ('cortadito') was praised compared with the on-site Starbucks, but there is little broader commentary on dining quality or variety.
- Overall Experience7.0
Mixed overall impressions: several enthusiastic positive stays and repeat intent, but a notable portion of guests reported unpleasant experiences (old-smelling rooms, extra charges, long waits) leading to divided opinions.
