The sliding door for our room’s bathroom doesn’t create full-blown privacy with room itself, which could be an issue if you are sharing a room with someone where that’s needed. Bathroom could use sprucing up (minor water pock-marks in ceiling, etc).

The location was perfect being so close to Union station. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Everyone on the staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations. The only thing I didn’t like about our room is that we were located next to the storage room and heard the door opening and closing a lot on one of the days.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, well-designed and well-equipped. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (without exception). The hotel's location is excellent, being really near cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, as well as the subway, Capitol Hill and the National Mall.

The restaurant was undergoing renovation, so it was unavailable during our stay. If I wanted a cooked breakfast (which only happened once, to be fair), I had to go out. However, the complimentary food at the breakfast bar was more than adequate, and there were various food outlets mere minutes from the hotel, which meant it wasn't really a problem.

FIrst and foremost, the room was very clean and comfortable. A great place to rest and prepare for the day. But the staff!!!! Wonderful service from check in to check out. Happy hour refreshing local drinks, extra bottles of water, offers to help with luggage and ease of check in check out. They were just so nice and helpful. I will be back!

Nothing to say here. I travel a lot and this was one of my favorites!
