Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness8.4

Generally described as clean and neat by multiple guests; however a few mentioned old towels/duvets and minor maintenance issues (loose shower head, bathroom lock) that reduced perceived freshness.

• Service9.2

Staff frequently praised as friendly and professional (several shout-outs including named staff); but some reports of slow or unresponsive check-in led to significant dissatisfaction for a few guests.

• Location10.0

Consistently highlighted as superb — prime Orchard Road location, very convenient for shopping and dining, with several mentions of great views and walkable feel.

• Room Quality7.6

Rooms noted as modern and comfortable with good beds by some, but multiple guests reported small room sizes, poor soundproofing, and dated linens or bathroom layout concerns.

• Amenities7.8

Gym and central facilities rated positively, but the pool was repeatedly described as very small and not suitable for lounging; other issues noted include cold lifts, lift swapping and hard-to-find/poorly placed sockets, and a difficult-to-use coffee machine.

• Value for Money7.2

Several guests felt the room size and some aging room elements did not justify the price (comments like 'not cost-effective' and expensive for ~300 EUR), lowering perceived value.

• Food and Beverage9.1

Breakfast buffet was frequently praised as varied and fresh (including a popular fresh juice corner); occasional notes about crowding, repetitive selections over multiple days, and a problematic coffee machine.

• Overall Experience9.5

Overall sentiment is positive with many repeat guests and comfortable stays attributed to location and staff; notable negatives (slow check-in, small pool, room/linen issues) affected some stays but did not dominate impressions.

The air conditioner in the room despite adjusted to low was still very cold. Shower head is loose and needed to hold it while showering. Lift lobby area are dim.
