- Service9.5
Consistently praised: staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (notably Oren and Sofia); reception service is highlighted as a strong point.
- Location9.9
Very strong: numerous comments call the location perfect/central — on Rothschild, close to Nahalat Binyamin, Carmel Market and within walking distance of the beach.
- Room Quality7.0
Generally cosy and well-designed rooms, but some maintenance issues reported (faulty shower fixtures, inconvenient sink, broken safe) and occasional noise from the street.
- Amenities6.8
Several lacking or missing amenities noted: no hairdryer in rooms, no hand soap by sink, limited towel hanging options and occasional issues with in-room facilities; parking is off-site.
- Value for Money8.6
Overall seen as good value by many guests; price regarded as fair given design, location and service, with mentions of parking discounts at times.

Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.

Predominantly positive overall: stylish hotel, central location and very good staff make stays highly recommendable despite some operational/maintenance drawbacks.
