Lifts took along time. There should be toilets near the bar area. Not enough staff at the bar, especially considering there were conferences on. Quality of breakfast could be better

There has been a huge mistake. On the first day, October 23rd, we were charged the agreed amount plus a deposit (1804,44€). Then, on the day we checked out, October 28th, not only did we not get our deposit back, but we were also charged the stipulated amount all over again (1495,25 €). We kindly ask you to resolve this error as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
