I got roped into being charged for a timeshare presentation. Just got done driving 12 hours and was tired. Thought I was signing something for check in. They told me AFTER I signed that I was getting charged $40 dollars and that I “agreed” to a credit check. Very mad. There was no breakfast, but I knew that. Restaurant on site is kind of expensive. Pool area closed too soon. The room was noisy.

Room service didn’t get to our room, key cards were messed up for both rooms, toilets wouldn’t flush, sinks sounded like plumbing was a problem. Probably won’t book again based on how it was advertised.
Room was excellent and spacious. View of pools was spectacular. Location close to airport at Interstate 15 as well as downtown. Pool itself was beautiful and heated. Loved activity center fitness center and BBQ. Front desk was friendly, commiicative and responsive. A plus was the BBQ utensils and the grills and sinks.

Microwave in room tripped breaker for whoke kitchen, consistently. Reported to engineering who came up within 5 minutes of calling, reproduced the issue, but was not resolved after 4+ days. As we stayed in BLDG 5, I suggest that an easier and convenient was to access the BBQ area be made as you have to circumnavigate the pool enclosure, approximatelky 330 degrees, carrying food.
