The Hotel is in a great location as you can walk into the sea front in about fifteen minutes, or longer if you want to stop at one the many places to eat on route. The market area is not far. The hotel offers the normal continental breakfast and the staff were friendly. We were in a room at the back so it was quiet. For Nice it offers good value.

The breakfast area is a bit small for all the people who need to use it, but the area opens up to the garden so that offers the chance to get a table.
