Couldn’t find out about early check in until we were in Auckland and had to drive three hours to get there

Room was all that was needed for one night. Breakfast was outstanding, a lot choices and very well presented. Bed = comfortable. Surprised how I couldn't hear the busy road outside from the room.

It had an off putting smell in the corridor and it was stronger in our room. We were told the smell would be dealt to but it was still there and weren’t offered other arrangements
