Отзывы гостей

Great location, convenient for dining, and friendly, helpful staff. The room is quiet with good soundproofing. However, the facilities need improvement. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room stayed at 27°C throughout my four-night stay, making it very difficult to sleep. This is disappointing for a hotel claiming 5-star standards.

The air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working properly. The room temperature has stayed at 27°C, and it has been extremely hot. I haven’t been able to sleep comfortably for the past four nights. This has seriously affected my stay. Could you please check and fix the air conditioning as soon as possible?

The breakfast feels like the hunger games. The breakfast room is simply too small to accommodate everyone and there is no schedule time/slot. If you go early in the morning, there are no major issues. But if you end up going after 8h, this shifts completely and it’s absolute caos. There is not enough tables and also not enough staff to clear tables or keep the breakfast flowing naturally.
