Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, particularly due to the poor cleanliness of the room and the rude attitude of the staff. First of all, we were not given the room we had booked online. Instead, we were assigned a different room, and rather than offering a partial refund to compensate for the price difference, the staff only offered to cancel our reservation and refund us, leaving us to find another hotel ourselves at 10 PM. Once we entered the room, we noticed that the beds were poorly made and, upon closer inspection, found multiple stains on the mattress protector that appeared to be blood. The bathroom was also very dirty, with dust everywhere, especially on the toilet, and small puddles of water on the floor, toilet, and bin. We asked the staff to clean the bathroom and change the sheets, but no one ever came. To make matters worse, the bathroom window would not close properly, allowing cold air into the room. Between the poor hygiene, lack of service, and extremely rude staff, this stay was far below our expectations. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
Staff, location, comfort & amenities were all fabulous. Great venue for groups of 8 - 12 people.

Water drained a little slow from wash hand basin & down stair carpets a little tired looking.
