The room was nice and spacious.

The room was nice and spacious.

The smell of cigarettes everywhere, staff not accommodating and I got a food poisoning after having a dinner at the ‘Catch’ restaurant.

Rooms had issues. Lights that wouldn’t come on and then later wouldn’t turn off. Water didn’t get hot and a sink didn’t work in one of the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner. Dust under glass end table toppers and on ice bucket.

The properly has an amazing location just a short walk to the strip and it was spotless. Al the facilities were amazing and the pools were spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn’t have great service when we originally checked in but when we spoke to other staff members we had amazing service.

Non m hanno tenuto la prenotazione, comunicandomelo il giorno stesso, e lasciandomi a piedi, davanti ai monitor del check-in on line...
