Staff very welcoming and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. The food at the buffet was delicious! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Front desk assigned the same key as my room to a guest and that person walked right in. It took them over an hour to fix the problem and they did not offer any comps.

I booked room with sofa bed and they didn’t give me and they offer me a crib bed for one year old kid and my child is six years old !!!!!! It the worst experience ever with old dated furniture

Needs the rain shower head in the bathroom because the tub has only half a glass. A standing shower could have been better. Someone might trip on the high tub wall.

It was a pleasant stay for whole family. The hotel had let us late checkout. Couple of cons we had to choose on smoking floor as the non smoking Suite was under maintenance. Some of the furnitures had some stains on them.
