No view from the room.
The location was perfect, justr walking distance from downtown. The staff was most friendly and helpful. And the bathroom had a heated floor. Fantastic!

The room rate was high, but it seems that hotel accommodation in Queenstown was much higher than elsewhere in New Zealand.
Fantastic location! Next to Queenstown Gardens, beautiful views of greenery and the mountains right outside the window. It’s peaceful and quiet, only a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and town centre. Best of all, the walk is mostly flat, which is a huge bonus in Queenstown! This makes it so easy to head out for a stroll several times a day without having to worry about climbing steep hills on the way back to the hotel.
