Bad customer service at the hotel. Hotel was overbooked and moved me to another hotel at 11pm after confirming my arrival time on the phone 3 hours earlier. This was an extremely unpleasant adventure after traveling late and arriving in a city I did not know. Very unprofessional and helpless behavior from the staff. The other hotel was far from the city center with only a bus taking 40min to reach the center which meant I had to pay for a taxi the next day.
The location was great. Facilities were excellent. Room was compact but had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The communal areas and reception were stylish and welcoming.

Café área was expensive but we found Olso was very expensive in general
