The room and bathroom was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed was huge and pillows were comfortable and plush. Our garden room had a nice shared courtyard with a great view of the Godolas. Staff were respectful, friendly and very responsive to emails I sent through prior to us arriving. The lodge was very close to city center and very comfortable walking distance to cafes, restaurants, tour pick up points and must see/do activities in Queenstown. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Minor niggle. I'm a petite person so getting up on the high king bed was a little comical. My husband had to pull me up. Hahaha

We were charged for the repair of a door handle that was not in working order when we arrived. We claim that if it was working properly it would not have broken. Management claim we “ used excessive force” and damaged it. We are 76 years of age and would not have the strength or desire to do this.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, right in the middle of town. Staff were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Some slight noise from the construction next door but not a big deal.
