- hotel niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar met auto wegens wegwerkzaamheden die al lang duren maar niet te zien zijn op Google Maps. Staf gebeld, maar die wist ook geen oplossing. - nauwelijks verlichting in de lift. - zwarte vloer en zwarte trap met 3 treden naar badkamer, vooral 's nachts in het donker zeer gevaarlijk. - geen daglicht in de kamer. - airco kan niet koelen, alleen verwarmen.
