Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness9.0

Multiple reviews explicitly note 'Clean' rooms and overall cleanliness; no major cleanliness complaints reported.

• Service9.2

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and attentive (upgrades, personalized breakfast service, easy room changes), though a few isolated reports mention 'bad staff' or lack of luggage service.

• Location9.0

Frequently praised for being close to the airport and in a convenient/perfect area; location is a consistent positive across reviews.

• Room Quality7.2

Mixed comments: some rooms newly renovated and spacious, but there are multiple negatives — tub cracking, water issues, noise from maintenance, and occasional facility closures — lowering this score.

• Amenities8.6

Gym (Aviation Club) and pet-friendly policy are positives; however rooftop pool/bar closures, no valet/parking, missing toilet amenities in one review and refurbishment disruptions temper the rating.

• Value for Money8.4

Several guests note good value or ‘good for its price’ and received upgrades, but complaints about a high 1000 deposit for pets and occasional service gaps reduce the score slightly.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent with great selection and attentive staff, though breakfast choices were sometimes restricted during refurbishment.

• Overall Experience9.2

Overall tone is positive with many 'great stay' and 'very good' comments, excellent service and location offsetting disruption from ongoing refurbishment and occasional service issues.
