- Room Quality10.0
Rooms described as very clean, well maintained and nice with good views; generally high room quality reported.
- Amenities8.6
Mixed: vegan restaurant and general amenities praised, but wellness/spa treatments were reported as inconsistently delivered and staff sometimes multi-tasked between roles.
- Value for Money9.8
Generally positive overall experience supports strong value, though one reviewer felt the wellness package was not up to expected standard for the price.
- Food and Beverage10.0
Vegan food and general dining described as excellent and delicious; minor service issues noted such as lack of oat milk availability and overly strong welcome ginger tea.
- Overall Experience10.0
Multiple guests described lovely, relaxing stays, wildlife sightings and strong recommendations; a few minor service/treatment issues noted but overall highly positive.
