Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness8.5

Multiple mentions of cleanliness (e.g., 'Clean', 'נקי', 'I was clean and professionally run') though one report noted pool contamination; overall generally clean.

• Service9.0

Repeated praise for staff and named employees (Sita, Manish, Vijay, Kawal, etc.), described as courteous, helpful and welcoming; a few isolated negative comments but service is a strong positive.

• Location9.0

Consistently noted as very close to Delhi airport and convenient for short stopovers; location repeatedly highlighted as an advantage.

• Room Quality6.0

Multiple reviews call rooms 'extremely small' or 'cramped' and note small room size as a significant drawback.

• Amenities8.0

Good basic facilities and a swimming pool mentioned; some concern about pool cleanliness in one review but overall amenities considered satisfactory for short stays.

• Value for Money7.5

Mixed signals: one headline praises value for money but others mention price increases and question whether the higher rate is justified.

• Food and Beverage7.0

Food receives mixed feedback — breakfast and some dishes/chefs praised, but several comments call out restaurant/meal quality needing improvement.

• Overall Experience9.0

Many guests report an excellent or comfortable stay and would return; overall positive sentiment for short airport stopovers despite some issues.

Beautifully decorated rooms and excellent staff. Lovely shower and comfortable beds. Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport which was really convenient.

INCREDIBLY NOISY!!! Housekeeping cleaned rooms the WHOLE night, scraping and banging furniture against floors and walls. Despite asking for a quiet room, we got exactly the opposite which really affected our sleep and our overall experience. I now understand why we got a complimentary dinner upon check in.

Przemiła obsługa, zarówno w hotelu jak i w hotelowej restauracji.

W łazience mogłoby być troszkę czyściej.
