Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness7.8

Mixed reports: many guests praise good cleaning and cleanliness of rooms, but several reviews note inconsistent or just-sufficient cleaning and occasional dirty floors.

• Service8.2

Generally friendly and helpful staff with convenient code-based self check-in for many; however some guests experienced slow responses (e.g., late toilet paper replacement, long wait for check-in/help).

• Location9.3

Widely praised: near metro/bus, supermarkets and restaurants; convenient parking for many. Some notes about being farther from the city center but easy/cheap by ride-share.

• Room Quality8.0

Comfortable beds and well-equipped apartments cited often; a few guests reported issues (hard beds for some, damaged floor, shower head problems, bathroom splash without proper screen).

• Amenities7.6

Good amenities mentioned (kitchen, air conditioning) but occasional failures reported: TV/internet outages, broken handheld shower, and lack of cleaning tools for spills.

• Value for Money8.9

Perceived as good value by many guests (convenient location, parking options, functional apartments) despite a few service/maintenance issues.

• Food and Beverage7.4

Very little F&B on offer; one specific complaint about a monotone, uninspired breakfast offering and limited attention to breakfast service.

• Overall Experience8.4

Overall positive stays: many guests report comfortable, well-equipped apartments and good location. Noise from nearby planes and some maintenance/cleaning inconsistencies temper otherwise strong experiences.
