The list is long: 1. It’s difficult to rate staff as there is no such…you need to self check in, enter the place the room, all with codes, and this would not be a problem, but with your concern, complains or issue you can’t reach out to anyone… 2. Oh, the only staff there: cleaning ladies are coming strictly to clean the dormitory around 8am, turning on crazy loud music on their phone and give a sh*t about guests, who eventually might want to rest a bit longer…check out is at 10, so I guess they should come for cleaning before that time… they even throw the curtain at my bed, to see if I’m still there…and then waited next to my bed for me to leave…hours before check out time 3. I was not sure if it’s really a hotel or a homeless shelter… 4. The room for 16 people is basically in the basement, with no window or any chance to fresh air…you can imagine the smell…and it’s so extremely tight small place, in case of an emergency, would be impossible to evacuate everyone in safety…I’m really disappointed, and would recommend everyone to avoid the place!!!

The shower was not adequate- hot and cold and ran out of water within minutes.
