Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness8.7

Generally positive impressions of tidy, cosy rooms; a few guests noted dark bathrooms that can ‘hide’ dirt or feel less clean due to lighting.

• Service9.8

Consistently praised staff — described as amazing, helpful and attentive (including pet-friendly treatment); multiple reports of prompt assistance (e.g., engineer sent for TV issue).

• Location9.6

Many reviewers highlighted the perfect/central location close to transport, CBD and theatres; very walkable to restaurants and attractions.

• Room Quality8.2

Rooms are cosy, comfortable and well styled, but several guests mentioned issues: poor lighting, dark bathrooms, limited pillow options, awkward plug/towel hanging and occasional noise from alley/hallway.

• Amenities9.0

Strong on on-site offerings (café, bar, restaurant, gym) and overall hotel vibe; guests enjoyed dining and communal spaces.

• Value for Money7.6

Perceived as a stylish, high-quality hotel but a few cost complaints (expensive laundry, pricey breakfast) lead to slightly lower value perception.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Food and beverage outlets repeatedly praised for quality and atmosphere; one comment that the restaurant can be noisy with music at times and breakfast perceived as pricey.

• Overall Experience9.3

Overall very positive stays: loved the design, vibe and friendly staff; many guests would recommend and return, with only a few specific pain points mentioned.

Nous avions 2 lits doubles dans une même chambre, c’était vraiment parfait mais le lit était un peu petit, un détail tout était vraiment bien (Laundry 70$ et petit déjeuner un peu cher)

I always love staying here. Such a cool hotel. Great food and service and lovely fit out.

Nothing.

I had trouble with the TV & casting which was frustrating but the second night I called down and an Engineer was sent up. A little step by step guide might be useful for the room as a lot of people would have this problem
